Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- New, unworn, and unused
- In their original condition
- Returned with original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note that refunds are only available for new merchandise that meets the above requirements.

Warranty Policy
Billie Jean Boots does not offer extended warranties on any products.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at billiejean@billiejeanbootco.com so we can review the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Any item that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
If you have questions regarding a specific product's eligibility for return, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different size or style, please return the eligible item following our return process and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
We do not offer partial refunds.
